I grew up in central Indiana. I really dedicated my life to Christ when I was 16 on a mission trip with my church. That event redirected and greatly changed my life. My junior and senior years of highschool were mostly spent in the church. I was hungry to learn about God and His ministry. When it came time to pick a school, I really wanted to go to a Christian college because I knew I wasn't disciplined enough to go to a state school.

          After many months of painstaking research, I finally settled on Taylor University, and, after many more months, found my attention drawn towards Christian Education and Biblical Literature. These two things were the only things I liked and were good at. Of course with such a degree, everybody and their mothers asked me, "What are you going to do with that?" For a while, I didn't know what to do with my degree. A traditional route to work in a church didn't appeal to me. To buy some time, I decided to go back to school. I started out at Denver Seminary, but the pandemic (God, actually) had other plans for me and I am now earning my MA in Theology through Fuller Seminary. Now, I know what I am going to do with my degrees for the time. I'm going to write and share my writings. This project could bomb, but I know I'm doing what I love and, as long as I am doing that with the goal of spreading God's Word to others, I believe I am on the right path.
